We need to hire a Social Media / Vehicle Delivery Coordinator to ensure our customers receive the proper handover in acquiring their new vehicles.
Applicants must be able to effectively demonstrate vehicle features to the customer, like pairing their phone, setting up their vehicle app and connected services, and achieving specific metrics for the dealership.

Responsibilities - Social Media / Vehicle Delivery Coordinator:
Assist with Social Media pages Effectively educate the customer on their new vehicle, reviewing all features and technology.
Pair Bluetooth and ensure the phone is set up properly with Apple CarPlay / Android Auto Be process-driven and follow specific metrics, like activating vehicle-connected services, setting up vehicle apps with customers, and achieving customer satisfaction goals.
Great customer service skills in building rapport during and after delivery, being personable, patient, and readily available to assist.
Follow up after delivery and be able to assist with customer questions over the phone, via email, or in person.
Reputation management skills, effectively responding to and navigating customer reviews and surveys.
Be involved with community events, coordinate logistics and specifics, and source new local marketing opportunities.
Support management with occasional tasks to keep the sales process moving and grow skillset.
Qualifications/Requirements - Social Media / Vehicle Delivery Coordinator:
Friendly and professional with excellent customer service and communication skills Great people skills and attention to detail are key, with prior automotive experience a plus.
Saturdays are a must, being our busiest selling day.
A positive attitude, good work ethic, and motivation to succeed.
Organized, detail-oriented, and works well as part of a team.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Accomplish tasks with little supervision.
Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office Must meet the company's employment requirements.
